Paul McMillan, with 34 years of industry experience spanning the Aviation and Oil & Gas sectors, joined NTS Amega Global in October 2016, stepping into the role of CEO. He has been instrumental in driving the growth, expansion, and development of NTS Amega Global, implementing strategic initiatives that have unlocked innovative new products and services. Under his leadership, NTS Amega Global has been able to generate maximum value for customers and shareholders alike. Specializing in business development, sales, and overall business growth, Paul leverages strategic initiatives, forms key partnerships, and seizes market opportunities, proving to be an invaluable asset to the company. Outside the office, Paul leads an enjoyable life, happily married with two children and has been a proud resident of Dubai since 2008. His leadership continues to guide NTS Amega Global towards a future filled with innovation, operational excellence, and success.

With an impressive career spanning over three decades in the industry, Harris Hurst joined NTS Amega Global in 2021 as Vice President for the Americas. His leadership role involves managing manufacturing and rental oilfield operations, spearheading business development, overseeing engineering tasks, and driving revenue generation activities to ensure profitability and sound business unit management. Specializing in international business management, engineering, and downhole drilling tools, Harris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. Having visited 53 countries across six continents during his illustrious career, he brings a truly global perspective to the team.

Stephen Proctor, the Vice President of APME at NTS Amega Global, has been a stalwart in the industry for over 32 years. Joining NTS in 2017, he took charge of leading and managing the P&L performance for the Manufacturing and Repair of Oilfield Equipment for the APME region. Dedicated to maintaining operational excellence in Quality and HSE, Stephen brings his extensive operational and manufacturing experience to the fore in his role. His commitment to NTS Amega Global's vision is unwavering, and he meets every challenge with tenacity and expertise. A fun fact about Stephen is that he continues to actively play Rugby Union in Dubai, even after 20 years away from the game, demonstrating his team spirit both on and off the field.

Anthony Dekker, with 32 years of industry experience, has been serving as the Vice President of NTS Amega Global in Saudi Arabia since 2019. His key role is to guide the NTS Saudi team in safely exceeding customer expectations, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and safety. Known for his exceptional problem-solving skills, Anthony excels in finding resolutions to challenging issues, thereby ensuring smooth operations and satisfied customers. Outside of work, Anthony has a passion for automobiles, delighting in tinkering with cars and bikes in his spare time.

Joining NTS Amega Global in 2021, Sean O’Neill brings 15 years of industry experience to his role as the Sales Director for the Western Hemisphere. He steers the helm of the Western Hemisphere sales organization, Amega Performance Tools, and orchestrates global marketing efforts and sales enablement strategies. Sean's expertise spans directional drilling, strategic selling, account management, and marketing strategy, areas he deftly navigates to ensure NTS Amega Global's growth and customer satisfaction. A graduate of May's Business School at Texas A&M, Sean continues to apply his solid business education to his strategic roles within the company, making a significant impact on its overall performance.

Shadi Masadeh, the Sales Director for the Eastern Hemisphere at NTS Amega Global, joined the company in 2021. With 20 years of rich industry experience, Shadi leads sales, marketing, and business development activities across the Eastern Hemisphere, leveraging his extensive experience in leading sales teams towards their goals. Having spent a significant portion of his career in the MENA region, Shadi has developed an in-depth understanding of the regional market dynamics and cultivated a strong network within the oil and gas industry. A mechanical engineer by training, he also holds an executive education certificate from Rice University. In his spare time, Shadi enjoys putting his mechanical skills to use by restoring classic cars.

Rob McCullough, with 22 years of industry experience, joined NTS Amega Global in 2014 as the Canadian Manufacturing Manager.  In this role Rob showcased his profound expertise in manufacturing, repairs, rental operations, research, design, and directional drilling applications making him the natural fit to lead Global Engineering at NTS Amega. Since 2017, Rob has been tasked with navigating the technical priorities of the company's operations.  Rob's strategic leadership, unwavering commitment to engineering standards, and keen technical acumen help NTS Amega Global maintain its position at the forefront of industry advancements, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in the global market.  Rob serves as a committee member for API Spec 7.

Jan Adams, with 24 years of industry experience, has been serving as the NTS Group QHSE & Digitization Manager since 2017. In her role, she champions the global Integrated Management Systems (IMS), striving for global alignment and implementing best practices. Jan leads group initiatives and project manages key business directives, leveraging her wide industry and business knowledge gained from participation in various high-profile projects with major operators such as Halliburton, Wood Group, GE, and Vetco Gray. Jan specializes in the evolution of Integrated Management Systems and their effectiveness. When she isn't working, Jan enjoys travelling and learning about new places, people, cultures, and histories.
