Jan Adams, with 24 years of industry experience, has been serving as the NTS Group QHSE & Digitization Manager since 2017. In her role, she champions the global Integrated Management Systems (IMS), striving for global alignment and implementing best practices. Jan leads group initiatives and project manages key business directives, leveraging her wide industry and business knowledge gained from participation in various high-profile projects with major operators such as Halliburton, Wood Group, GE, and Vetco Gray. Jan specializes in the evolution of Integrated Management Systems and their effectiveness. When she isn’t working, Jan enjoys travelling and learning about new places, people, cultures, and histories.
