Matt Moore joined NTS Amega Global in 2025 as District Manager of our Odessa facility, supporting operations across the Permian Basin.

Matt has more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Over his career, he has held key leadership roles including Vice President, District Manager, Coordinator, and Asset Manager. His background spans directional drilling, downhole drilling tools, and thru tubing services built entirely within the Permian region.

Matt has a strong foundation in operations management and a deep understanding of drilling tools. He also maintains long-standing regional relationships that position him to drive success and growth for the West Texas district.
